We provide international life service of all our jewelry.

The pieces of jewelry or accessories should not have signs of being worn; the original packaging and label tag are to be kept.

In order to request the return, please contact us via e-mail sales@buunt.me, having quoted the complete order data. The return authorization and delivery instructions will be sent to you within 2 working days. Please do not send your return without this permission otherwise it will not be processed. The return is to be sent together with the tracking number and at the customer’s expense.

BUUNT Mokume-Gane Jewellery reserves the right to deny returning goods which do not meet the requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense and the return of funds will not be performed.
