BUUNT Jewellery pieces are shipped from our warehouse in Ukraine. The delivery is carried out via Nova Poshta or DHL.

Customs and duties

The goods sent beyond the European Union may be subject to additional duties and taxes within the delivery country. These fees depend on the local legislation of the recipient country. This amount is paid additionally by the customer.

Delivery terms

The delivery term is from 1 to 3 days and may vary depending on the actual delivery address.

Return and exchange

In case if the piece of jewelry does not fit you or you are unsatisfied with its quality or appearance, you may  return it in order to exchange it for a similar piece of jewelry of the required size or to keep the credit.

You have 2 calendar days from receipt in order to request the return. The pieces of jewelry or accessories should not have signs of being worn; the original packaging and label tag are to be kept.

In order to request the return, please contact us via e-mail sales@buunt.me, having quoted the complete order data. The return authorization and delivery instructions will be sent to you within 2 working days. Please do not send your return without this permission otherwise it will not be processed. The return is to be sent together with the tracking number and at the customer’s expense.

BUUNT Mokume-Gane Jewellery reserves the right to deny returning goods which do not meet the requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense and the return of funds will not be performed.
